Sharon Brookshaw
Hello! I graduated with a BSc in archaeology from Durham University in 2000, and then followed this up with postgraduate studies (MA and PhD) in museum and heritage studies at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (2002 and 2006 respectively). I have worked in museums, heritage organisations and universities, and much of my writing in based on these experiences: archaeology, history, heritage and education being my main themes and areas of expertise.
I have written for a range of publications, including reviews for websites and articles for professional journals, academic journals and general interest magazines. I have also acted as an academic referee for the Cambridge Archaeological Journal. Please visit my website for a list of my published works.
I am a member of the UK's Association of Freelance Writers.
